Dominick loves to dance and he is one of CSI’s lead instructors! However, he has been cooking longer than he has been dancing. Cooking is therapeutic for him. Through shared cooking experiences, family bonds are strengthened, traditions are passed down, and the joy of creating and enjoying food together is celebrated. Whether it's a simple weeknight dinner or a catering event, Dominick believes that every meal is an opportunity to nourish both the body and the soul. He’s reminded of all the times since he was 10 years old cooking in the kitchen with his mom. This is where he got his famous receipt for Sweet Potato Jacks.  Jacks are a must have pastry filled with sweet potatoes and lightly fried. Cooking, just like dancing, fills Dominick's heart with joy.
